SUBIC BAY FREEPORT---Two-time world champion Geylord Coveta topped the men's RS:One windsurfing event Monday in the 30th Southeast Asian Games.

But while the 38-year-old windsurfing ace is already way ahead of the competition with seven points, the gold medal won't be awarded until all possible protests have been addressed.
