MANILA, Philippines --- Typhoon Tisoy-torn Legazpi Airport may resume operations by Wednesday morning, an official from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (Caap) said.




 

In a press briefing on Tuesday, Caap Director General Jim Sydiongco said the Legazpi Airport suffered significant damage.
