MANILA, Philippines --- Mandaluyong City has recorded 31 persons infected with COVID-19 as of Thursday, its public information office said.

In a Twitter post, the Mandaluyong City Public Information Office also said the locality now has 388 persons under monitoring (PUMs) and 108persons under investigation (PUIs).
