Bilis-bilisan naman! Duterte orders gov't agencies to speed up infrastructure projects
President Rodrigo Duterte issued Memorandum Circular (MC) 57, reminding government agencies, state universities and colleges, and local government units to ensure the timely completion of public construction projects in the country.
