The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) on Friday reported a total of 4,556 stranded passengers in the Eastern and Southern Visayas, Southern Luzon, Bicol and Southwestern Mindanao ports during the onslaught of Typhoon Ompong (international name: Mangkhut).
